On April 19, 2023, I will be giving a talk at the University of Arizona’s Interdisciplinary Institute for Global Environmental Studies (UMI-iGlobes) as part of their Social Sciences Seminar Series. My talk will address the critical issue of political struggle at the nexus of discourses and environmentalism and analyze the troubling trends that have taken place in recent years about which social scientists and policymakers, remain often inattentive.
